Webhosting scam - survey's that you fill out start charging your telephone bill! Internet

My 15 year old son filled out a playstation survey not realizing that he had just arthorized them to start chargine 19.99 to our phone bill. Yes, he said he was 18 because he wanted to "win" the playstation. Note: my son is autistic and doesn't have a clue that there are bad people out there that rip people off.

When i called to have the charges removed the lady was agressive and rude to me telling me i was responsible for my 15 year old son and because he was a lier that i would not be seeing the end of these charges... And assured me he had done this many times and would continue to do it.

When i told her i couldn't believe she was in customer service because she was so rude she put me on hold and didn't come back to the phone.
