I am about ready to scream. ESBI is billing for phony charges and when trying to deal with them you get no help.By the way the people answering your calls are from Manilla, PI. I couldn't figure out what the charges are for, but I too have an autistic 15year old son who keeps telling me he's won a playstation. Thanks for the post. Where is our government in this??? Stealling is a crime!!! We all have a hard enough time making it anyway. I phoned over a month ago and was told that I would be reimbursed and they are still billing. Make sure to tell your phone company that these are disputed and that you are designating your phone payment to them only or ESBI will get half of your paymant. Just found that out today. Good luck! You know that the companies using these people to bill are greatly taking advantage of them. They're overseas!!!
