I placed an order for over $600, to later receive an empty envelope. He must have sent an empty envelope so that he could blame the loss on the post office. Reship or refund was guaranteed, and from there on out Mr. Chu basically blew me off, by promising refund or reship, but never giving either. Now he will not respond to emails. Do not order from this company!!!
