I am the owner of www.Marketing4Escorts.com. We provide online marketing services for the Adult Entertainment Industry. We have done work for this Escort Service in Austin, Texas named: LuckysLadies. The website url is: www.LuckysLadies.com. The owner of the company is Erica Franklin.

Erica Franklin from LuckysLadies charge backed $750.00 for services that we have provided her from Jan/12 to Feb/12. I urge all marketing companies and even customer's that use her services to stay away from this company.

Erica Franklin charged back the $750.00 from her credit card and she is stating that we did not do any work for her website www.LuckysLadies.com. We have in fact proof with voice phone recordings and email confirmation that she has agreed Marketing4Escorts to provide marketing services/web design services in the amount of $750.00 per month.

We have just received this charge back notification from our merchant within the last two weeks, yes it does seem strange that we received this now but she did indeed charge backed payment of $750.00 when we have provided services for her. I have tried contacting her numerous times but I am unable to speak with her because she keeps on hanging up pretending she can't hear me or her phone is not working. Her mailbox on the phone is also full and I suspect that she is doing this on purpose so that we are unable to leave a message.

I would stay away from dealing with LuckysLadies. Erica Franklin has committed fraud.

After emailing LuckysLadies and letting her know that I will be contacting the authorities, I received a reply back stating that she has to check her records and she hasn't had time yet to look over her records. Ericka Franklin also states that she will get back to us but I haven't received an email or call. It seems that she is not taking this serious and she also thinks she will be able to get away with this.

I even contacted the Attorney General in Austin, Texas to investigate this issue as well.
