I was looking for an affordable domain registrar and bumped into RegFly.com. They offered affordable rates and alot of free perks you would normally have to pay extra for.

I set up my free account, choose my domain and then paid via credit card. It was suppose to take around 48 hours to clear and process.

They never registered my domain but sure were quick to take the money! There is only an online contact form if you want to reach them OR if you open a free account, you can fill out a "support ticket" and contact them that way.

I have contacted them and I was promised a refund within 7 to 10 buisness days. Its almost been a month now.

I couldn't find a fax, phone number or physical address. They have an online Chat-with-a-Rep thingie going, but they're never online. After looking further into things, I discovered that I wasn't the only one burned by RegFly.
