Dyndns.com DynDNS Domain Scam, Holding my money and my Domains, even after dletion, says no refund

I set up a free blogger site with blogger and wanted to add a domain name to customize my site. I was then refereed to their service by google who specifically stated that I will only pay for domain name and then their system will help me set up the custom domain.

I made my payment of $15 as against other services I use to purchase my domain ladiesandsex.com. When I tried all process and discovered that they wanted me to pay another $29 for hosting, I requested for domain deletion and refund of my money so I can use another services. This was 5 minutes after i registered the domain name. And this is in line with domain registration policies.

I sent a mail to their customer support for refund. They waited two days and sent me a mail telling me they do not refund any domain name registration money. I now went to to my account after that day to close my account. Upon account closing, the domainj was deleted. I registered the domain with another register for just $8.

Till date, my domain is still having their site show when I visit the domain which has changed who is ownership to my new register. I am using this medium for you to prevail on DynDNS, which is a ripoff company to remove their site from my own site so I can upload my content. I have spent $25 for that domain, I never asked for refund but went ahead to use another register and paid again.

Blogger should be careful in order not to enter a dispute because of these people who are scamming people. According to ICAAN, all domain name registration can be deleted as soon as it is registered if the registrant don't want it. Also, they DynDNS should stop scamming innocent people who fall for thier tricks. For not meeting up and holding my domain, I request for immediate removal of their site on my domain and refunding of my $15 for domain registration.
