BILLING RIP OFF new york

Just another x-aol user. I cancelled service and I was offered 2 free months to stay. Billing cycle was up in october 25, I called back cancelling the 22nd. The rep offered me another 2 months free I declined and proceeded with the cancellation. Well here I am in November and I got a bill from aol for $23.90 for a one month charge for sept? Hello? I called their billing dept., I got the runarround for 10 minutes.

I talked to the rep finally and all he had to say was that the charges were valid. I ended the call telling him well try squeezing water out of a rock (I am not paying).
