I sent a postal money order to "Software Surplus" and have not received the Phostoshop CS3 I ordered for $450. It has been 4 weeks without so much as a verification of my order and no response to my e-mail queries. There is not even a phone number to register a complaint, and no actual e-mail address, just a series of prompts that assure you "your e-mail has been received."

I wish I had seen the horror stories presented here before I sent my money to these slime. Some of the reports are as old as 2006. WHY is this "company" still doing business, robbing people of their hard earned money?!

I will probably never see my $450 again, but I've contacted the Postal Inspector and will also register a complaint with the Attorney General of Nevada to see that these charlatans can't rip anyone else off.

I will also be contacting google, as they are signing off on this absolute fraud by providing electronic pay capabilities for this band of swindlers.
