HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, only cares about the money!

Almost 2 months ago now, I ordered 3 custom-made CD's from Musicbk.com (I had just done a Google search to find someone who created custom CD's), and I have had problems ever since.

In the beginning (read: before I had sent them any money), they put on an act to make it seem as if they were sincere and genuine. They answered any questions I had, responded quickly, etc. As soon as I sent them money, it was all downhill from there. They sent the CD's out, but there were problems with them. One of them had a misspelling on the CD cover, the second one had the wrong songs on it, and the third one skipped.

The CD that I received with the wrong songs on it STILL has not been resolved! They refuse to communicate with me... First, they tried to imply that it was my fault that I received the wrong songs, which it WAS NOT! I sent them all 17 songs that I wanted (including the artist, along with the title of the song). Apparently, they didn't pay attention to which songs they were actually putting on my CD... It was not MY problem that they sent me the wrong songs, yet I have been unable to get ANY response out of them! It's as if, once they had my money, they could care less about offering customer service anymore. They have stopped replying to my emails... If I don't receive a response soon, I will be taking legal action. The CD's are not exactly CHEAP (ESPECIALLY considering the fact that I used to do this on my home computer FOR FREE before), and they are not even good quality CD's! I could probably pay someone $5 to make the same CD's for me with better quality (and I SHOULD HAVE).

I was actually considering purchasing another 2 CD's from them, which OBVIOUSLY I will DEFINITELY not be doing now! I could have brought them a lot of business, because I know a lot of people looking for someone to create custom CD's... But now I'm warning people to STEER CLEAR!

It's ridiculous that I cannot even get a response from them, when the issues are completely THEIR fault in the first place! I paid my money IMMEDIATELY after ordering, I was VERY DETAILED in my description of songs that I wanted... I did everything right, and they REFUSE to communicate with me to get this issue resolved! All I want is the custom CD's that I ordered from them with the RIGHT SONGS on them! That i paid for! And they are acting as if I am bothering them by emailing them about it! They haven't responded to me in WEEKS! Do not deal with these people! They only care about your money... Customer service is NOT important to them, and, more than likely, you won't get what you paid for.
