Deasoft Biggest Rip Off Ever Took Payment Then Tols Me To Leave When I Asked For A Refund Rowville Vic

On January 30th of 2008 I decided to start a hosting business. To this end I looked for the software to complete the various tasks I needed done.

In my research I learned that the software I needed was only made by one such company. So I purchased from them being the one's to make it I had little choice.

From day one I was not able to install the software. I put in a support ticket and the owner got back to me asking for my server log in details. This is not something someone should be asking for. This made me kind of suspicious.

I told him he was not going to get the information as it is a security risk. There has been no answer since then. They have a forum and I posted there. My post got closed and I was told not to come back and to stop whining.

I reminded them that this was fraud and I was basically told that they did not care and to go away. I am not the only one who has had these types of problems there are many many people all complaining they can not use the software or get a refund.

I wanted people to know these guys are scammers to the highest degree and are very rude also. Stay away from them if you can.
