Bait & Switch Deceptive Practices

In May I renewed my subscription to TaXWorks tax preparation software thru TRX who was a third part reseller.in December I received software that was produced by TRX and not the TaxWorks software that I ordered. I was never asked if I wanted this software or if I would like a refund. The software does not work and was not capable of producing a quality professional accurate tax return. On January 29th after an update the TRX software removed pertinenet information from three tax returns that I had already processed and were waiting to efile. No matter how many updates were pushed down to the end users, the software remained unusable. I had to purchase software from another vendor to salvage my business. I asked TRX for a refund on three different occassions via e-mail and in writing and have not received any kind of acknowledgement or refund from them. They need to be put out of business period.
