I purchased a software program from these guys on November 11th. The name of the software was Winfax Pro V 10.03. What they sent me was an older version that I already had. Ofcourse they have no direct line so you have to correspond via email. They admit that they had sent the wrong software and that the software I wanted was not available, and that they would credit my credit card back. The problem is, is that they never did and they have not responded back to me again even after threatening to post this on Rip Off.com. So don't fall for these guys. Can you imagine how many people get ripped off each day by these guys. Don't be a victim like mehttp://soft4download.com
