Double Billing Charge

On Aug 29 after using the service many times via their web page, my transaction was halted because of some security issue (this information was displayed after I choose to pay for the transaction) and a number was displayed on the screen for me to call. I called and spoke to the operator who then instructed me to go ahead and pay again.

I did the pay process over as instructed and the the transaction went through. I was sent a verification email and everything was good or so I thought. Next couple of weeks I noticed that I was doubled billed for the ONE transaction I made from my bank statement. I got on their web site and clicked contact us, choose to send email option to billing question under the category window.

I waited a couple of days then another email the following week when I got no answer. So on Oct 17 I decided to call their office 1-800-881-3004 at the bottom of the page. A woman answered, "this is Jessey can I help you"? I tried to explain about the billing issue. She interrupted me and then looked up the transaction. She saw the double billing and insisted it was my fault.

I started to tell they story again and once again she interrupted and started yelling then hung up in my face. I called back and ask for her supervisor. She informed she was the supervisor and once again hung up in my face. I called back, she kept hanging up. A very rude person who would not listen to reason.

The customer service was horrible, and the service was disconnected for no reason. Unfortunately, she is the only service rep for both Aryty and Gorilla Mobil. Both companies started by the same Niles Johnson. I don't feel any attention from the company will get any higher than Jessey.
