Promised services not rendered, full payment charged

Over the course of nearly a year, Advanced Access did not render the services it promised. The representatives I spoke to made a new excuse every time, and several times told me that this was an issue being worked on, and there was nothing that could be done at the moment.

I was promised that listings would be exported to yahoo classifieds, Trulia, Oodle, and (recently, for an extra fee) homes.com. They continued to bill me monthly and make every excuse as to why the export feature was not working. On several occasions, customer support put me on hold for a lengthy period of time, then hung up.

Recently, for one of the first times, I spoke with a manager, rather than a voicemail account. She said that they would credit me a month (out of the many months I've been trying to get this fixed). No remedy has been offered for the remainder of the time I was without services, and I'd honestly be surprised if these issues are fixed any time soon, or if I'm credited another month of service, should they not be fixed within the next month. Meanwhile, everyone from my company can export my listings but me, and I'm losing money every single day.
