California company falsifying information & completely abusing power over customers

I purchased some quite simple items (order#171126) from this website on March 24 '08 and thought I was getting a good price but little did I know the people on the other end of the business are extremely desperate for money and would do anything to make a buck. I read their ordering FAQ thoroughly before ordering & had been checking the status of my order frequently and did not see any progress for my order on their webpage by the 27. After trying for 45 minutes to get through to their phone line before 10am PST like they ask I was told my order had shipped the 25th and it could not be cancelled, then when I asked for my tracking number I was told it would be sent to me by 10am on the 27th. When 1030am came around I finally got the email with the tracking number & unsuccessfully tracked my box. After speaking with UPS i discovered it was a false number and I spent anther 30 minutes trying to reach this business. I was told the same tracking number over the phone and was told the package went out on the 26th, then I was told the package went out the morning of the 27th. I asked them to cancel the order again and they still refused since I had caught them in their own lies. I finally turned the phone over to my girlfriend and she was able to to talk them into canceling the order after stating they could try to do it. Now my main concern is that I will not see my money or the products seeing as how it is very obvious that they do not have any concern for customer satisfaction or the law. They make all their money most likely from first time buyers like myself and could care less if you would like even the smallest or largest amount refunded. This is a very big problem on the internet and I am shocked that some part of our government which we all pay so much money to does not make an example out of these types of businesses and shut them down for good. I am only half satisfied in writing this because what really gets me is that this place is still pulling off information super highway robbery to whoever falls into their venus fly trap boy do I feel dumb. This company doenst just burn you they incinerate you.
