Deducted money without sending the product

I ordered magicjack 23 days ago. To this date I haven't recieved the product. I have went to chat live three times already with site operators; in hopes of tracking the product, getting arefund, and then in hopes of cancelling to this date want do either. They have no tracking system for the order. I was told that it was shipped on March 3rd. That i need to wait. When ordered it was stated that it would take 4 to 10 days. It has been almost a month.

When I went to live chat the second time to let them know I still haven't recieved the product and that I wanted to cancel it, they stated that since they are querying it I cant cancel it, wait 24- 48 hours more and someone would get back to me none has. I was also told that the trial period began the day it depart the company which to their records was March3rd. I tried chatting for the third time requesting a refund and or to cancel they said that I need to wait 24-48 more hours.

These people have wrong me and they need to be stopped. They would have me waiting for months and months to come. My trial period ends on April3rd. I feel I have been ripped off. This isn't right. I just want my full refund amount of 46.90 they took from me and to be assured they discarded my creditcard number.

Is there anything I can do to get my money back i dont have much as it is. I dont want to do future business with this company. This company lies and steals from vulneralbe people!
