Authorized with Net-Zero to get a one-month presumably free trial offer. Charge card charged immediately. Within times, it had been obvious the support was bad (gradual entry after I could access their machines at-all; really slow downloads). I called to stop the consideration. (You Have To contact.) Their repetition attempted to keep me like a client by providing me many more weeks of presumably free support! I rejected. He ultimately quit attempting to sell me more support and stated he'd stop my bill. I told him my charge card had been already billed for that presumably free month, and he explained it'd get a credit about the next record. No credit was actually obtained, despite my delivering characters for all weeks informing NetZero that it'd billed me to get a FREE month.
