Idprocs.com a big ripoff that nobbody can do anything about Internet

I discovered a charge of $31.98 on my online bank statement today. After calling the bank they told me I would have to get in touch with te company that debited my account.

I called them and after being on hold for 10 mins I talked to a lady named Sara (who could not provide her last name, her ext. # of her supervisor.

What she did tell me was that I was responsible for the charge because I agreed to it under "terms of agreement" from a payday loan that I requested.

I went through all the pay day loans that I requested, I applied for only 1.

I contacted that payday loan company to alert them to the situation and the told me that the have no involvement with the co. That charged me $31.98.

I read through my terms of aforementioned contract and it does not in any way refer to an additional charge for anything!

This company is BS andI can't do anything about it because I cannot get thru the first line of defense. Sara the operator!!
