I applied for an online loan and i got it. What I also got was a mess with this company. I tried calling the number that was on my bank statement, but it told me that they were closed, to call back during business hours.

I did call the following morning, someone actually picked up the telephone and asked how he could helo me. I asked who they were and how they got my information, he told me that I requested it on line. I told him to cancel it and he said he would, but he couldn't return me the money they had debited. ($31.98). This guy sounded like he had just gotten out of bed..

I had this reflecting on my bank statement on 3/14 and then later again on 3/28. Twice in one month? Something needs to be done to stop this company! I tried getting a hold of someone, but no luck...
