Double Talk And No Live Operator On Phone! Ripoff, contradicting terms, no live person

Hi, I am reporting an issue with magazineoutlet.com.
I have gotten magazines from freebiz mag in the past with no issues. But this time there was no title that interested me, so I clicked on their link for magazineoutlet.com. It listed several titles in the Photog field that I was interested in trying. They had a big "FREE for 3 MONTHS" on the add to cart.

(I noticed one person posted to read the fine print, and I did, but it was contradictory)

On the page in which you submit your info including your CC# for if you don't cancel within the 90 days...
It stated:
"Try 90 days of your favorites risk free. If you wish to cancel during your risk free period, simply call. Your issues will stop and you will not be charged."

After entering and my charge went through, there was a *The program and delivery* page that stated this:
"90 Days Risk Free
Try 90 days of your favorites 100% risk free. The account you provide will be charged the price shown which is refundable within 90 days from today."

I'm sorry but that is FRAUD... To say prior to checkout that you will only be charged after 90days without cancellation, then after purchase state you will be charged and can cancel and be refunded is two INTIRELY different terms!

I immediately sent a emessage to customer service via the link on the page and got a prompt return message that was BLANK!

I called the number and found it was automated and when entering my info, they could not find my order record via name, phone, subscription or cc# in order to cancel this order.
Unfortunately this is Friday after banking hours... So I will have to make a trip to my bank in the morning and report it as a fraudulent charge before it goes through and I will also cancel my bank card and have a new one issued.

I swear, I get so sick of this scam BS.
