Took unauthoried money from my bank account & won't communicate

Ordered product 10/03. I was charged 9.95 on 10/03; 77.00 on 10/24; 77.00 on 11/05; and 250.00 on 11/26.

The co. Will not respond to my phone calls or fax. They promised a complete refund on 12/14 (Jerry Dean) but it never happened. Finally cancelled order. Cannot get a response to emails or phone calls.
