Ripoff amount $883.21 never recieved product, avoid calls

I ordered $883.21 in merchindise from this vender on march 3 money was recieved on march 7.
I called many times. On march 19 I had my first conversation with mgr oscar he apologised said i would recieve my produce on March 23. I still have not reciever my merchindise and can not get them on the phone the date today is april 11
