I applied for a free 3 day trial and even got a email stating that i was not charged then 20 mins after i joined i checked my bank and they charged me 40 dollers not once but twice. Then i cancelled they told me that is was only a preauthorization not a charge and my money will be released in 24 hours but bank have not received release.
I called www.chargehelp.com and asked them to release it by fax to my bank they told me they have no fax capability and to be patient it takes up to 48 hours i still have not recieved my money and www.chargehelp.com is responsible.
It would be one thing if i knew they were going to take it but i didnt they got me. And i want all to know how they conduct business.
