Does not honor warranty!

These guys shipped us a printer that did not work correctly. Then we were told that it would be too expensive to have a technician look at it. They then had us return it, then refused to give us a credit, stating that it worked just fine when they got it back. Beware of these guys. We have hired an attorney to see what we could do about the breach of warranty. They claimed buyers remorse. We great to work with until there was a problem.
