Placed an unauthorized charge of $9.87 on my credit card, which I have cancelled

I too was charged $9.87 on my credit card by this company I have never heard of, nor have I ever done business with them. On the recommendation of Chase my card has been cancelled. I too called the number and got a voicemail to respond via the email page and that a answer would be forthcoming within 1/2 hour.

I got no response.

I will be filing the necessary complaints with the state and fedaral authorities, including the Justice Dept.
