Pictureglobus False purchase on my credit card

I was viewing my Bank of America online information and noticed a charge of $9.87 from www.pictureglobus.com. The charge was made 2/11/08. I had no idea what this charge could be and since I use this credit card account only for emergencies, I call Bank of America. While waiting on hold, I did an online search (the web address went to godaddy.com and is apparently available... I also found numerous web citations that this company makes erroneous charges.

When I finally got off hold (about 4 minutes), the bank told me they would credit me for the charge. Looking on usacomplaints.com, this is not new. PIctureglobus goes by many names, but they all end in globus. They do some kind of online publishing deal and apparently charge the $9.87 in an effort to stay off the radar.

I've already added a fraud alert with the credit reporting agencies, but this kind of charge could easily slip through the cracks. I only hope my calls to the state attorney general's office and BBB will lock these jerks up.
