Best Buy Geek Squad
Deleted all my business & personal files & tape recorded me (a felony!)

I hired Best Buy's "Geek squad" to simply remove a virus from my computer.
They never read me their disclaimer. They tape recorded our conversation without my knowledge or consent, a felony in the state of California. He assured me that my files would not be in danger. Yet, they deleted all my business and personal files and photos off of my computer!

After this horrendous incident, the Geek squad mgr. Lied and told me my files could not be retrieved. To add insult to injury, the corporate ofc. Mgr. Wanted to CHARGE me to retrieve them, after they were deleted due to THEIR NEGLIGENCE! I had to hire a professional software retrieval company but only a portion of my files were recoverable. It was only after I told them that "I AM GOING TO SUE THEM" that they now want to "negotiate" with me! THIS IS AN OUTRAGE!
What they did is equivalent to burning down someone's house, so the victim loses everything they owned!
Any other computer victims and class action attorneys out there?
