Amazon.com states that they sent my Funds but these didn't appear into my bank Account

I sold 5 items through Amazon.com Marketplace. But never got paid, I contacted Amazon and they told me that they will send trace numbers so I could go to my bank and provide these to the ACH department. But my bank shows no records of receiving anything through amazon. I've been arguing with them since september. I just want to know where my money did go. Amazon keeps giving me the run around, they state that is my bank responsibility to find those funds, but I didn't make any business with my bank, it was with amazon. I requested an investigation, but no ones seems to know what is wrong. When I contacted amazon, I was told to check my bank account number, they though probably the problem was there, for some reason my bank account was showing a missing digit, they fix it twice but the problem continue. Please help
