Im tired of theses companies

This company told me i would recieve a major credit card master or visa and i asked specifacally if that is what i was getting they told me yes soundinding as if they were very legit but after a friend told me i may be getting ripped of f i call to cancel and would like a full refund they falsified and said i could not have a refund but could use the credit and buy from their catalog which looked nice but the website i had to go to to place my order was trash and i was unable to use it without going over the limit they owed me so please someone tell me how do i get my money back
