Ripoff Told me I was getting a master credit card or visa credit card NOT

Last year I got a call stating i was approved for a visa credit card or a master credit card, up to 2,000 dollars in credit, all i had to do was pay 200.00 out of my bank account, well december 2 it was taking out of my account, i finally recieved which I thought was a credit card on january 4, I was furious when i opened it, it was a credit card for they're online products, which i was not told about in the phone conversation plus a down payment that nothing was said about in the phone conversation. So I called them and told them this is not what I was told I was getting, they said return it with a letter stating why your returning it, and I asked if I would get refunded he told me that that it is a process they go through takes 4 to 6 weeks, so february 21 I called and asked what was going on with my refund and she said give it to the 24 og february well the 24 came, nothing, so I know these things take time so march 1st I called and a woman said, We can't refund your money, you have to use your 200.00 on our online products, so she was giving me all the information to get on the website, when I typed it in guess what i found usacomplaints.com, I could not believe my eyes nor myself, I knew something wasn't right. So march 2 I called them demanding my money, he denied she ever said anything about visa or master card, so he said "I'll replay the recording" so the recording started and it started in the middle of the conversation not the begining, so i told him to turn it off thats not the begining of the conversation he said "well thats the recording we get from a third party, and still denied my money back. I tried my bank and they said they could'nt help me so now i guess i'm out of 200.00. I have a four year old autistic child and I work part-time I just make ends meet, I thought I was getting something to help my family in the year to come, thanks alot freedom financial for nothing.
