Told me it was a credit card sent me a catalog which i have to put 35% plus 23%shipping just to buy something they also told me that i would receive a refund which i did not get

Freedom financial told me i had a $3000 limit credit card instead i received a catolog which i have to give them 35% upfrount plus 23% shipping. They also told me i was going to receive a refund which i did not receive so i am now $300 down. The people on the phone are rude and not helpful at all.
