Amazon.com Rips Sellers off DO NOT SELL THERE

I've sold a few items on Amazon.com in the past with no problems, but my last sale showed me how poorly this company runs things. I sold an item and shipped it (with tracking number) within the timeframe amazon allows and the buyer of this item filed a claim against me BEFORE the item even arrived, stating Item condition details were not as described. I responded to the claim and filled my representation details in providing the tracking number and letting them know the item is still in route and hasn't even arrived yet. They didn't even look at the tracking number to see that it was still in route, just sent me an email stating that they reimbursed the buyer and debited my seller's account. The next day the item got delivered but the buyer didn't reject delivery and have it sent back, they accepted delivery of this item. I emailed the buyer asking nicely to send it back with no response. I emailed amazon.com five times threw their seller email contact system asking them to send it back with no response. So if your a seller on amazon.com your basically a criminal with no rights, they put holds on your money, and they let the buyers keep your merchandise with no questions asked.
