They promised to send me a ups tracking number and never did

On 12/16/07 I purchased a nintendo wii plus other games at this website.
They requested to be paid by western union.
The payment for your order must be sent to our payments representative, Mr. Jamie Martin.

The same date I deposited the money, and on 12/17/07 the funds were picked up. So on 12/18/07 I contacted them, because I did not receive a notification from them with the ups tracking number. They never contacted me. Now I checked the website and it does not exist.
