Charged my credit card for an event that was not streamed to my compute

Internet & Web

I signed up with my credit card to view the football game between Cal Poly and North Dakota State Saturday, Nov. 10 at 6:05pm CST (4:05 pm Pacific). I have a fast computer with a 2.8 GHz processor, and 1536 Megs of RAM and a Broadband connection. As the game started live on the radio, it would not stream to my computer. The screen would only say "This event has not started", which was not true because I was listening to it live.By the second quarter I e-mailed CSTV during the game and asked them to remove any charges from my card. They billed me anyway and all CSTV customer service can say to me via. E-mail is: "we are not able to honor your request for a refund for this PPV game as the event was streamed". They don't seem to take into account the fact that I e-mailed them during the game and told them that I was not getting the game. Be warned... If you give these people your credit card number and do not get the event that you paid for streamed to your computer, they WILL NOT REMOVE the charge from your credit card.
