Charged Twice for Tri-Peak 2, Game Incompatible with Vista

On approx. 4/11/09 I purchased the Tri-Peak 2 game and paid with my credit card. The game I purchased could not be played on Microsoft Vista. This was conveyed to me after I purchased the game. I e-mailed Yahoo to cancel that purchase and never got a response. Then I found out they charged me twice for Tri-Peak 2.

I called Yahoo today [4/20/09] with no help. I want the game canceled, and I do not want to get charged for something I cannot use. I also want the charges on my credit card reimbursed. Help!
