Fraudulent charges on credit card Internet

All these online companies made fraudulent charges to my credit cart, as well as other charges that had my phone number and address! I'm EXTREMELY security conscious and conclude the only way they got my info was by hacking an order to ZENNI OPTICAL, unless they waited a month to make their move after getting my info. I'm not making any accusations, just looking to see if anyone else might notice the same happening to them.
