Canceled my order and Kept my money

I placed an online order with Voguestrap (http://www.voguestrap.com/) for a watch band. The next day a represenatative from Voguestrap called and canceled the order. However, Voguestrap went ahead and charged the payment amount to my debit card anyway. I contacted Voguestrap and spoke to Keshia Owens, who sent an email promising that the money would be refunded last week. But so far, Voguestrap has refused to refund the money. They canceled my order and kept my money, too.
