EBT Mortgage payment taken without authorization from disabled person with MS

I had listed them in the bill pay for AOL but all I did was try to look at their web site and unsuccessfully sign on. They processed a full electronic house payment. I was looking for the phone number to call them at to tell them I didn't have the money to pay them this month and to try to make arrangements. They took the payment anyway putting me hundreds of dollars in the negative in my checking account.
