An order was placed with this company on October 27 and was billed to our Visa the very same day.initially, we wanted to cancel the order because it was the wrong product. All emails to the company were met with automatic responses or not responded to at all. There is no phone contact available, only fax. We believe that this company is fraudulent and are pursuing a dispute with Visa to dispute the charge.
