Bigtime Ripoff Won't answer emails and provides no phone number!

Don't place any orders with Doxy. This online merchant is a ripoff to the extreme and their customer service is the worst. I wouldn't trust them with any of your personal (banking) information for sure.

I placed an order back on 08/21/06. Shortly there I received an email with a order number, but no shipping number. We waited a week or so and then checked on order status and still no order. I emailed them and no response for at least 2 to 3 weeks. They then said the order would ship next week, so we figured they would finally get it out to us. Needless to say no shipment and no refund. We are now forst to cancel our credit card, because this lousy company has our number. I have sent them 3 emails since all have been responded back with automatic responses saying they are too busy to take care of me, due to tons of orders. They also are running a photo contest, yet don't have the time to take care of my order???

I am going to file a complaint with the USPS and other authorities in order to get this outfit shut down. Visa and Mastercard as well as Yahoo Shopping need to shut down any connection these folks have to their online systems and I am going to let them know it. My bank is having us file a Dispute report and will try to get our money back from Visa!
