Adster is a Scam! They refuse to pay any of their publishers!

I am a publisher and have had Adster ads posted on my website since early this year. I was supposed to be paid in august and then in October. No payments ever came. I have called Adster numerous times and they continue to give me excuse after excuse why they have not sent payment. When I called a week ago, they sent payment was mailed the day before. It's a week now and no payment has arrived.
From my research, it appears this Adster company is a SCAM and is ripping people off.
In the very unlikely event that they ever send payment, I will let you know.
