SeaCorals ASC Desighn made false shipping claims shipped the wrong product product they shipped was broken refused refund

I ordered a plasma lamp for my sons birthday on a tuesday it was supposed to arrive by friday. The product didn't arrive in time for his birthday. I was told the item was shipped out through stamps.com. The product never arrived I contacted stamps.com they stated that the product was never shipped.

The company claimed they shipped the plasma ball again this time through the postal service. However when the package didn't arrive I contacted them and they said they talked with my postmaster and his name was mike. They told me that mike said that the package was lost and they were fileing insurance on the item. Apon further review I found out My postmasters name is Mr. Tarter and the package was once again never shipped.

I contacted the company and asked for a refund in writing twice as well as once over the phone. The company refused to issue a refund and sent the item out again UPS this time it arrived but is was the wrong lamp. The lamps controls were not functioning as well and the item was not as described in there advertising. The item did not come with a black shroud and wasn't even made by the same plasma ball company.

I contacted SeaCorals and explained to them that they had never issued my requested refund and that the wrong malfunctioning lamp had arrived. They started yelling at me saying they had gone through so much expense to send me the item and that it sems they have to send everything twice for me to get it. They did not even know how many times they had claimed they sent the item. I think this is because the item wasn't sent the first two times. I filed a complaint with the BBB where I found other similar complaints and contacted my credit card company. To this date it's been about a month and a half I have yet to recieve a refund an apology or anyone that seems like they care in the least about my issue.

All in all I would rate this company an F I found to many false statements that they made they seemed to become a very hostile rude company the moment I contacted them about my issue. I waighted a month for my malfunctioning product to arrive and I do not believe this company is practicing in good faith I have reported them to the governor the FTC the BBB and my credit card company and nothing has done any good except I may get a refund from my credit card company. I don't like loseing money but I am especially upset that my son didn't get the gift he wanted for his birthday. I think it's very sad and I live in NC and they operate in NC I just cannot figure out how it takes a month to ship a product across the state. This company operates as sea corals and on ebay they operate as ASC desighn they have a huge store.
