E-Bay
Had no intention of helping a buyer - slack help and help files San Jose California

Internet & Web

Had a problem with a seller who doesn't like to communicate with their buyers and likes to supply the wrong items. I lodged a Dispute Resolution through the Dispute Console and made numerous attempts to wade through the help files that are very unhelpful and then made several attempts to contact E-Bay who ignored me totally.

As a resident in another country I expected to go through that countrys e-bay office and they also were no help at all and told me that I HAD CLOSED THE DISPUTE even though on some of the many occasions I did find a contact and told them that I DID NOT IN FACT CLOSE THE DISPUTE and yet again their response was that there wasnt any thing they could do as I HAD CLOSED THE DISPUTE

I made every attempt to inform them what I was doing and what I actually did and NO ONE PERSON AT E-BAY HAD THE DECIENCY TO PROPERLY INFORM ME AS TO WHAT IF ANY MISTAKES THAT I HAD MADE, but continually sent me the usual non descript unhelpful garbage replies.

It is also impossible to find any contact information without going through the FAQ and nondescript help files.

They have in their power to reactivate a Dispute file as well as to improve their communication with clients but continually hide behind nondescript unhelpful Help Files AND THIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH!
