This company is a total RIP-OFF. They state they are unable to ship to anywhere other than to the Credit Card Holders Address. Yet and still they have charged our Credit Card on the 10th of October and today is the 21st. Ironically these items were for my Daughters 21st Birthday.

In addition I have an email from them confirming my order: dated on the 12th (a copy which has been retained for the Authorities).
