Charged my account without permission

I ordered their 10 day free trial of "Endless Wealth" and it has caused me nothing but endless pain. I ordered it on 08/27/07 and cancelled it on 08/31/07. On 09/07/07 they charged my account $34.95. I called on 09/07/07 to complain and they acknowledged their mistake. They agreed to mail me a letter comfirming their mistake, only after my demand. Their letter was dated 09/07/07 and stated they inadvertently charged the money and that it would be "visible on your network within the next 72 hours". I called after the 72 hrs and they (someone named Theresa) shifted the blame onto a third party stating, "sir, it is out of our hands. It was submitted to a third party who handled refunds". She went to tell me to give it 10 more days. I waited over 10 days and called again on 09/22/07. Once again, I got the same answers. Wait longer. I demanded the money A.S.A.P. Theresa told a general manager and he supposedly was going to send me a money order. I called him on 09/24/07 to confirm this money order and he sent me the following e-mail:

As promised. A money order for $34.95 has been mailed USPS regular mail. Please let me know if you do not receive these funds within the next 7-10 days.

I still haven't received the money order which was supposedely sent out either Saturday 09/22/07 or 09/24/07. I called back on 10/03/07 and "Theresa" once again said that it was out of their hands and in the hands of the USPS. They have been nothing short of irresponsible and rude to me with every phone call. I have used up cell minutes and wasted so much time with them. I would not recommend anyone sign up for their services for no other reason then, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. It is approaching one month and I still haven't received a refund. I will continue to call and bug them until I receive my refund. They have been turned into the BBB and I will get an attorney if I must. It has become a matter of principle with me. I'm sure I'm not the only one this has been done too. Good luck to anyone else who encounters their incompetent practive of customer service.
