TigerDirect scam Need other for class action suit

I'm another person frustrated with dealing with OnRebate and Tiger Direct.

I'm also in the process of acquiring an an attorney to proceed with a class action suit against either/both companies, as, in the case of CompUSA, the FTC ruled that the company selling the product is liable for the rebate if the rebate clearing house fails to perform... My purchases were made and rebates accepted in May. I waited until September to contact onrebate, as 2 months should be more than enough time to issue an electronic rebate.

Your rebate registration has been located in our database. We need to verify your PayPal address before re-issuing payment. Please reply with your current e-mail address and payment will be re-issued.

I replied with my valid PayPal address. One of the rebates has been paid, but one out of three is not acceptable.
