Ripoff KING - where's my stuff?

Ordered on dec. 4 was suppsoed to receive in 7-10 business days, was informed that order was shipped.
Two weeks later was informed order was re-shipped with a tracking number, check number it doesn't exist
now it's jan 15 nothing yet e-mails and calls ignored

On their web site is a sign that says buy-safe certified. I thought i had a sweet deal going on.
I had also ordered same dvd's from a company named tvshowplanet same thing happening there are company's one in the same?

What is my recourse? I'm out 128.58 now
