I ordered (2) box set dvd, gargoyles and courage the cowardlt dog; was assured an early august delivery date. After several inquires recieved a bogus email citing delivery recall and delay, they offerered a 20% credit (on nothing). After another bout of emails requesting that order cancellation, nothing. Checked the bogus mail tracker to see it left canada into oblivion. This company needs to be stopped! I've trusted internet transactions for many years; before the foundation is shaken areest them!
