I ordered a dvd set of "Matlock" the tv series starring Andy Griffith, I was promised it would be here by the first part of August, at first there was a shipping delay but now nothing. I have tried to contact them via internet but still no dvd or refund

I ordered a dvd set of "Matlock" the tv series starring Andy Griffith the middle of July, my visa was debited the 19th of July and my dvd was supposed to have been sent to me by the first/second week of August. I have been in touch via the internet and at first had a response but I have not heard anything from this company for at least a week and half.

I just want my money back now, I will never deal with them again and hope no one else will as they are unreliable.
