Ordered from their website and was sent a confirmation by Email giving order information and assured it would be delivered in 7-10 business days. It is now 15 Jan and I have already been charged for the merchandise. I have not received any Emails explaining a delay in delivery nor have I received any feedback regarding the Emails I have sent complaining about the slow delivery.
